This program is designed to increase awareness of the importance of integrating balanced mind, body and spiritual practices as dynamic aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
GIRLS' STORIES, GIRLS' VOICES - Consider Source sponsored and co-developed programming for this week long day camp held on the campus of Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin. The program is in its sixth year and is open to girls from 6th to 12th grade. The activities focus on healthy habits for balanced living. Small groups of participants are assigned to College students who facilitate education activities including yoga, meditation, journaling, nutrition and movement.. 2004. 2005.
